This judge is a tyrant and anti plaintiff judge. i had a colleague say if we went to the edpa and got diamond we would be doa. I had faith in federal judges and ignored this advice. boy was she correct, this judge never gave me a chance and has gone out of his way to abuse the process to get the result he wants. this is why there shouldnt be life time appointments
