I was a pro-se plaintiff in a civil rights case against federal police unlawfully invading my NY home due to a North Carolina State's Reliable Confidential Informant. Judge Batts' order granted Gov's motion to dismissed my civil rights case under Qualified Immunity legal grounds WITHOUT Judge Batts conducting Qualified Immunity Test under oath against federal police and WITHOUT Judge Batts requiring Gov to produce North Carolina State's Confidential Informant as evidence in NY's federal court. I will be filing a Complaint in the US Congress against Judge Batts soon. Judge Batts' conduct is being sued in the United States Court of Federal Claims which is being reviewed in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington DC.
