Wears his country-boy affect on his sleeve, but it is genuine. Recently changed name officially to 'Billy Roy Wilson.' Some bias toward Plaintiff in civil litigation and to those who are his buddies. Considered a scholar by some but some of his rulings are not well-reasoned and seem results oriented.
