In the lawsuit against Morgan State University, Judge Stephaine Agli Gallagher legitimized the hate remarks by the Chinese faculty Yu Cong against Muslim faculty Dina El Mahdy. Not only that but also Judge Gallagher tarnished Dr. EL Mahdy's reputation and paved the way for more violence and attack on Dr. El Mahdy's culture and ethnicity. Dr. Yu Cong was given a role to vent more hate towards Dr. El Mahdy when the university assigned him the decision to promote Dr. El Mahdy to full professor after Dr. Gallagher's unfair ruling.
