Judge Kravchuck deliberately ignored a plaintiff's pleadings in favor of the state of Maine's top officials. She submitted a summary judgement to Judge Woodcock when plaintiff had sent back the form that a magistrate judge was unwanted. Plaintiff had demanded a jury trial. Judge Woodcock took her recommendations and would not allow the complaint to go forward, nor would he allow a pro se's amendments which were reasonable, nor would he allow defendants to be added. These actions were preceded by Judge Kravchuk's report. This misconduct by a federal judge is inexcusable and is meant to stop a pro se plaintiff from proceeding further. The plaintiff named top state officials, including Governor John Baldacci and Attorney General G. Steven Rowe.
