RE: HABEAS CORPUS LITIGATION Judge Slomsky is a rubber stamp for the government. His appointment to the district court is a disgrace: A ***damn DISGRACE. He puts the rubber in stamp. Judge Slomsky bends over backwards for the government to the extent that he 'creates' his own facts to a case--and enters judgment based solely on his 'imaginery' facts--just to rule in favor of the government. This man is not a man at all but a c****d wasting space on a bench where a real judge should be sitting.
