THE ROBING ROOM

I found Judge Harold Baer, Jr., to be erratic and self-absorbed. He likes to listen to his own voice, but is not a careful listener to the actual positions articulated by the parties. He is opinionated and reactive; he makes up his mind before hearing the facts. There is some disconnect between this judge and reality. Not a good judge.
