Judge Stark is now an Article III judge. I've been a court reporter for over 30 years, and I have worked with many fine judges. I am proud to work with Judge Stark, and I can say with certainty that he has met, and exceeded, my expectations of a judicial officer that fills the auspicious position of an Article III judge for the District of Delaware.
