One very honest judge. He conducted a fair trial, and respected the jury's decision even though the prosecution wanted to retrial the case and ignore the jury's ruling. Judge Ellison's response was: "No, the decision that has been made, has been made. To retrial the case, would be disrespectful to the jury. The decision that has been made, has been made."

This judge has my respect.
