Fickle minded, vindictive & mediocre in her grasp of the law. The comment below (#19601)rating Judge KMW at '10' was understandably written by a Criminal Defense Lawyer: Judge KMW still has the mentality of a Public Defender (her previous appointment) which is that of mediocre criminal defense lawyer.
