This judge's decision to not revoke Madoff's bail was a travesty. He furthers the social image that our legal system caters to the privileged. Everyone deserves a fair trial and bail if they qualify. That said, Mr. Madoff continued to re-victimize his original victims by further shielding assets for them. So, he is basically still stealing. That's not enough reason to revoke bail?
