If you are a Plaintiff in his court...RUN. From previous comments here, he hasn't changed one bit! He needs judicial review. Biased as hell, grants defendants everything and denies plaintiffs common sense motions. Granted defendants over 15 extensions for time, yet denied Plaintiff's objection for extension of time (first time). Needs to go play golf. Chief Justice needs to review his cases. More appeals to come in this case, because he doesn't know the law and court procedure. If your a defendant, sit back, you got this, even if you did do wrong! He's got your back. He must have been sued before and he was the defendant, because right or wrong he can't stand plaintiffs. Here is a word of advice, without plaintiffs, he would be out of a job. If you get him, ask for a new judge right off the bat.
