Judge Africk is despicable; he is incredibly unfair to pro se litigants. Judge Africk purposefully abets Louisiana real estate racketeering (in my case he ruled in favor of a defunct mortgage company although he knew the company no longer existed) and debt collection fraud. Also, Judge Africk required my former attorney to betray me to aid the opposing parties.
