We need a Judge that follows the Constitution. Why is the 1st amendment so protected but the 2nd can be ripped apart depending on who is in charge of the state. This isn’t about who is right in the argument about guns. It is about following the rights given.The 2nd protects the rights of an American who wants to exercise his right to own firearms. That right “Shall not be Infringed” ....there is a problem when we can pick and choose when a right can be taken away. Thank you Judge Benitez for following the Constitution.
