Magistrate Hluchaniuk is a disgrace to the bench and harmful to disabled litigants. He is completely biased and writes his reports and recommendations based on the word of corporate defendants without regard to actual fact and the ramifications that his blatant disregard of the truth will have on plaintiffs. Even though he is given evidence to the contrary, he will still decide the case in favor of the defendants when the facts simply do not support their position. Magistrate Hluchaniuk places hearsay and biased statements of corporate defense attorneys into his recommendations as if they were sworn testimony, and leaves out the responses of the plaintiffs. He bullies plantiffs, and he purposely writes orders and recommendations in such a way that they can be taken out of context. This magistrate helped these greedy corporate defendants because he could. The harm he has done while sitting on the bench has been tremendous.
