THE ROBING ROOM

After sitting in Murguia's courtroom 3 different times, I have found him to be a very wishy washy judge. There were 2 different sexual predator type cases before him that were leading up to sentencing and the one case the person had cooperated with the court to the very letter of the definition of guidelines put in place for him, and Murguia revoked bond and had him put into custody. When less than an hour before, another sexual predator had violated all limitations and wasn't holding up his end of the deal for being out on bond, was granted to be left out on bond.
