Despite negative reviews from lawyers, etc, this judge stands up for the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and for all Californians and Americans who are the recipients of the protections provided in those special, unique documents, which are the foundation of this country’s continuing existence and prosperity. The CA legislature and mob-demos overreached their authority and were duly smacked straight by a well-written, thoughtful, Constitutional order, full of citations, logic, and conclusions backed by research. Despite the negative reviews, this man stands for what matters in the end, freedom.
