Worst judge imaginable! He openly and gleefully sided with the City of Los Angeles against our client, instructing the city attorney to bring a dispositive motion so he could throw our case out. Lacking in knowledge, courteousness or judicial temperament, it's hard to imagine a worse judge to draw for a civil rights case. My client and the federal bench both deserve better than this nightmare jurist.
