Judge Whitney seemed to allow Dave Brown to do anything he wanted.Dave Brown seemed too familiar with the Judge and often times misused his authority as a prosecutor and very rarely did Judge Whitney correct him. Judge Whitney is very biased and conspires with US government to railroad defendants. Making such rulings as a husband and wife have to live in different houses prior to the trial and denying a defendand bond before hearing by saying defendant is an economic threat to the community. WHAT?! GIVE ME BREAK. He should be investigated for impeachment!
