THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Robinson is smart, serious, and can be really funny in private. She will usually rule for the government in criminal motion practice, but if the matter is clear, she will be glad to support the defense. She will listen to well argued punishment alternatives, even though she usually follows the guidelines. Her clerk is a terrific lawyer who makes it easy to get work done, and who will one day make a great judge, as well. I like Judge Robinson a lot, and in my opinion, it will be a black day when she steps down or dies. Probably dies - on the bench. Get your ruling out of her dying breath!
