I commented in 2012. I had the misfortune to stand before this joker again 5/23/13 for a probation 'violation' he personally arranged. Again, he distorted the record, repealed court rules, misapplied the law, and bullied the defense. More seriously, I have developed evidence that this unqualified hack tampered with the case record in a way that may be criminal. Much of the evidence is included in my mandamus case file in the 3d Circuit, No. 14-2108.
