I have had three cases before this judge. An outstanding jurist; smart, thoughtful, willing to take on complex issues and capable of doing so. Well prepared on the issues. Pleasant and cordial demeanor. Writes a thorough and well-reasoned opinion. When he rules against you, you can always say, 'Yeah, I certainly understand why.'
