Jack loves history as do I and does not hide it! On 9 March 2019 we will be continuously under an Emergency Government for 86 years with the POTUS CINC as the one person in charge. To the extent we (Jack and I) have a constitution under the Hague Convention occupation by the military govenment imposed by FDR and his Emergency Banking Relief Act and Proclamatiuon 2040 WE plow ahead.
