Little if any private sector experience. JAG, prosecutor, judge, so not much grounding in the real world. Weak in understanding civil law. Maintained a very light workload before going senior and now has reduced it further. Is not fair and impartial , but seems genuinely unaware of that fact and would probably be hurt to know how widely shared that impression is. He just naturally assumes the establishment is correct.
