THE ROBING ROOM

I argued a number of cases in Linda Reades courtroom almost six years ago. Although she mostly ruled as we had wished, I couldn't shake the feeling that this was a judge ruling from temperament and emotion rather than an understanding of the law. It's a shame that some courts are seen as personal fiefdoms due to ignorant judges like Linda Reade.
