A 9.7 rating based on 4 comments; one from court staff. Clearly this judge needs to get back to work and stop posting anonymous puff pieces about how good he is. I had him. He clearly has no understanding of anything that is civil in nature (career public defender before he went on to a career as a state and then federal judge) and does whatever his law clerks tell him. Yes, even if what they tell him has no basis in fact, law or plain common sense. But hey, apparently his staff love him because '[h]e always treats his staff with respect and fairness.' Sure. Whatever you say, judge.
