Displayed unabashed bias in rulings and disposition in favor of defendants. Granted MSA arbitrarily, deciding on result (in favor of defendants) desired then shoehorning nonsensical arguments to fit the result. Interfered repeatedly with plaintiff's putting on of trial. Bullied plaintiff's counsel during conferences with yelling, threats of contempt, etc. Made consecutive rulings that were 180 degrees opposite of each other, creating chaos and confusion during trial for plaintiff. Nothing short of shocking given his reputation for fairness and scholarship. Plaintiff still managed to win to Judge Wanger's openly-expressed disappointment.
