In the case I had before Judge Carter, I found that he truly cared about the issues. He was very fair in that he did not allow a large company to walk all over our 'little guy' employee plaintiffs and intervened (at our request) on a few occasions. Ultimately he found against our employees on the merits but it was a well reasoned decision.
