Very slow moving, both in schedule and in understanding. She asked me if the statute of limitations had run on my client's claim, and I had to explain to her that filing a case stops the statute from running. This was a year into the case when she was holding oral argument on a pre-answer motion to dismiss (and no SOL argument had been raised).
