On October 22, 2004, Judge Zagel put me in jail for 'my writing.' He said that I wasn't a real criminal in the true sense of the word, but he felt that the court needed to put me in jail for a short period of time to make an impression on me. I was scheduled to spend six months in the maximum security federal penetentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana for possession of a forged security. The purported forged security was a five-year-old business letter, with my signature on it. This was not criminal. This was not federal. This was and is strictly political. Judge Zagel 'weaponized' his court. Good old boys just having fun!
