She could be a She-ro. I'm learning that all judges want out. They basically make plaintiffs fight for them secretly. I hope the fed is reading and computating this precisely. The outer courts inside the courts seem to not be beneficial to them and you-know-who gets mistreated, the 'obvious deserving person'. When is court administrative procedure going to change? It's always okay to not roll the dice. The federal courts are exhausting the communities and itself. If it were my courthouse, if a person is guilty then they're guilty and if a person deserves a relief then it should be granted and ordered, plain and simple. Cheating somebody is never an option, especially from a groundbreaking, law abiding, honorable, ethical, courageous Federal Judge. Just trashing the constitution over and over...
