THE ROBING ROOM

He is a judge who holds personal grudges. I have a case with him and was nothing but polite and cordial. He apparently did not like my case. It settled. A year or two later, I had another similar case. Brooks was extremely rude to me. He was so rude that I was searching my mind, wondering if I had somehow personally offended him. I had not. He simply did not like the kind of cases that I handled and treated me extremely poorly when I was in his courtroom. I've been a lawyer for over 20 years - - his conduct was about the worst that I have ever seen. Completely unacceptable.
