Primomo has long been called 'intellectually dishonest' for his propensity to spin fact and law to suit his own personal bias and prejudice. To be, that gives him credit for having an intellect that i don't think he has. He has been getting more egocentric in the past few years. This is proof that it is time for him to go, before he brings more disgrace on San Antonio and the good federal judges we have here.
