THE ROBING ROOM

This judge should be removed from the bench. She does not rule w/o partiality or prejudice and I've witnessed her overlook exculpatory evidence & favor the government so heavily as to not allow both sides to be heard. Though she's been formally censured for failing to follow sentencing guidelines, she continues to disregard the recommendations of Probations and impose unfair sentences. Laws on the book in the US need to be reformed to protect citizens from judges like Christine Arguello! She regularly using the phrase, '...ruling in the light most favorable to he government...' - who can get a fair trial with such imperatives? And when you have an unjust judge, like her, throwing their weight around and doing what's right in their own eyes, every citizen who enters her courtroom will suffer. I have observed her in multiple cases. If a rating of zero was allowed, she'd be most deserving! Remove her from the bench!
