Fair?? I have to think the others posting revealed their identity to this Judge hoping to get brownie points. This judge does whatever the prosecution asks. Perhaps he does have the ability to reason and could be compassionate, but it seems his decisions, at least as of 2008/2009 seem to be a re-enactment of his days as a prosecutor. The term 'Gov. Dog' applies to this judge. He might need to revisit the idea that judges need to be impartial.
