Judge Kane is a Judge who demonstrates fairness to the parties and attorneys. She has a great temperment and a commanding knowledge of the issues.I tried a civil case in front of her which was an involved case and she grasped the issues right away. She also worked hard to bring the parties to an amicable resolution after several days of trial. It is really a pleasure to try a case in front of her.
