Judge Spatt is hard of hearing, he is extremely biased and unfair, changes his mind very often or suffers from amnesia ,is extremely pro government, compliments them all the time makes statements that they are the finest public servants, they are corrupt use foul language, it is a disgrace to the US GOvt... Spatt should be forced to retire, he is an evil old man
