THE ROBING ROOM

I have experience with him when he was a state court judge and since he was appointed to the federal bench. He views himself as the smartest in the room (he is not), and demonstrates I am sure what he considers a dry sense of humor (it is offensive and demeaning). He regularly disregards the law and decides cases on what he thinks the outcome should be. As simply one example, when a state court judge I referred him to a US Supreme Court Opinion directly on point; his response actually was he 'did not care.' He also overlooks significant facts and issues when rendering opinions.
