Everything below is true. The first cases on the calendar were on for 9:30am. He showed up at 11. During oral arguments on a civil motion, it was obvious that he hadn't read any of the briefs, didn't know the plaintiffs or the reason for the motion. I was opposing the motion and didn't even have a chance to make my points before he ruled against me.
