THE ROBING ROOM

i recently researched an issue that was addressed in an opinion written by this judge. her opinion makes absolutely no sense and confuses very, very basic concepts in corporate law. she did not at all address the correct case law or theories that needed to be discussed. i was shocked that a legal opinion could be so confusing and off-base that i googled her to see her qualifications. i otherwise have no knowledge of her abilities or qualifications.
