The man is terrible and should be removed from the bench. We had a case before him where one of the defendants admitted to and described a significant fraud scheme, and tied in the other defendants. Feess managed to decide against us, probably because a large LA law firm represented the principal defendants. He is a classic example of judges—especially federal judges—who are egotistical, callous, mean-spirited, power-hungry, arrogant, self-righteous, condescending and incompetent.
