While certainly not the most scholarly judge on this distinguished bench, this is one of the Court's most predictable judges. He does not suffer fools gladly and has a very short fuse. In his defense, that fuse is unaffected by any agenda. He wants every case 'dropped, settled or tried' in an expeditious manner.
