THE ROBING ROOM

Sullen, mean and self absorbed, I remember standing before him for 20 minutes while he lectured me on how I was wasting his time and that he had 'important' tasks that had been entrusted to him by the Ninth Circuit, blah blah blah. I never said a word the entire time, barely suppressing the urge to say 'but if I'm here, and you're here, isn't this really OUR TIME'? Just another mean black judge overcompensating for the fact that they are black and think everyone thinks they are only on the bench because they are black. Which may be true in his case. Thankfully I never had to go before him again.
