She has lived up to everything the bar associations said about her during her confirmation hearing -- she's unqualified to be a federal judge. In fact, she's a disaster of monumental proportions. She lacks either the interest or the intelligence to understand even basic legal issues. When you combine that with laziness and a penchant for taking the easy way out on most issues, the attorney or client who has the misfortune of appearing before her will be constantly frustrated. Perhaps she's OK for a simple slip and fall case but the court should try to keep complex cases away from her because she's simply in over her head with no lifeline.
