In the 9th District Court ruling this statement was made, 'We conclude that the district court erred in dismissing Hoffman's claim on summary judgment because she is entitled to a second medical opinion and a fully developed record resulting therefrom. Accordingly, we REVERSE and REMAND so that the district court can remand to the Plan for further proceedings consistent with this opinion
