Judge Dalton was very professional and was an overall nice person. He is a bit difficult when it comes to sentencing criminal cases, but he does not always go with the government recommendation -- at least in my husband's case he did not. He went right in between what the government and our attorney asked for. He was straight and to the point, but did seem to have some compassion for the defendant's family.
