I believe that Judge Hogan is not an honest man. I have witnessed his prejudice against those of color, and women. I have witnessed him lie openly in court, and manipulate cases to serve his monetary and political interests. He does not appear to have much knowledge of civil rights law. I believe that he is a horrible judge.
