Judge Rose was very patient with a very difficult client. Was flexible and helpful in attmepting to resolve some issues on teh clients behalf without 'judging' the defendant becasue of the problems in the case. A generally newer Federal Judge, comming from being a Judge in Common Pleas. Seems to appreciate the problems of a practcing attorney.
