A tough but very well-documented sentencing memorandum. Unfortunately instead of learning that crime does not pay, the Orthodox Jewish Community is deluding itself with charges of anti-semitism and excessive zeal. The amount of false information that has been put out is very sad. The major questions: 1) Who is collecting the money supposedly used to defend Rubashkin? 2) How much has been collected? 3) How much has been disbursed and to whom? Based on the silly comments which appear below, let's see if mine gets put-up!
