Was tough and had a distinct preference for the prosecutor. Rulings favored prosecution although he let me try my case for the most part. Doesn't interupt the flow with questions from the bench. Makes decisions quickly. A bit of a patrician additude. Very fair on sentence. Was expecting a far more adversarial judge. He's no Weinstein but he will do.
